Bergamot Marmalade
Kathryn and I sampled some with breakfast this morning. No, it’s not weird, and no it does not taste like Earl Grey tea. It is quite obviously a marmalade and has a gentle and subtle initial flavour which then seems to develop into a slightly stronger flavour a few seconds later. Interesting. Did we like it? Yes, we both did. Very much.
