Mouthwatering marmalade

"Mark's marmalade looks clear and mouthwatering in the jar, and tastes just as fresh as it looks. Unctuous and tangy, glossy and zingy. How marmalade used to be, and how it should be. Delicious!" Clare Griffiths.

Blackberry Jam

"Mmmm, Blackberry was the first to get polished off. Truly good. Had some lime pickle last night with the curry and some lime marmalade this morning. Both highly recommended too." Lesley Boyle.

Blackcurrant jam

"It is the most astonishing thing - the set is absolutely perfect, and the intensity of fruit and acidity are more like that of a first-class blackcurrant jam. This, friends, is the work of a master jam-maker. I am absolutely loving it." Mark Davies

Seville Orange Marmalade

“Absolutely scrumptious!” Claire Knapton James.

Lime pickle

"Mark’s lime pickle is less oily than large commercial ‘brands’ and tastes strongly of lime juice. The pieces of lime are also much juicier and biteable. Not ashamed to say I am eating this with a spoon! Sublime (pun intended)." Pamela Pohling-Brown.

Damson Jam

“I’ve opened your wonderful jam. It’s utterly delicious. Taking it to Devon to share with family…if there’s any left by tomorrow. Thank you." Eva.

Bergamot Marmalade
